Tracy Hill

 

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Finance, from St. John’s University, Tracy began her extensive career in Customer Service working for Sprint Communications. She has held several positions through the years, including Fraud Specialist, Provisioner and Supervisor. Currently she is a Customer Service Manager at FreshDirect, in New York. 

Tracy’s background in Customer Service has given her excellent communication skills, which she often uses to resolve complex customer and personnel issues.  Her encouraging and thoughtful leadership style led to the promotion of several of her direct reports. 

Tracy is a Synodical Deacon of Evangelism and Administration.
