Shelly Simon

 

Shelly Simon is a retired telecommunication professional. At retirement, she worked at AT&T Corporation for 20 years. 

In her last position as a Project Manager, she supported AT&T most complex and strategic customers by creating a broader and deeper relationship with the customer and owning the customer service experience. She analyzed customer current products usage and anticipated future service needs. In addition, she developed and implemented comprehensive programs to minimize churn and used online tools to extract, analyze and customize data for monthly reporting.

She was born in St Kitts and migrated to the United States at the age of eight. She settled in the Bronx, New York and currently resides in Brick, New Jersey.
