Graduated from the University of London in the United Kingdom in 1992 with Honours in her Bachelor of Laws Degree.  She obtained her Legal Education certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in 1994 and was called to the Utter Bar in St. Christopher and Nevis in October of 1994. She has been an Attorney at Law for the past 26 years and has obtained a wealth of experience in the areas of Corporate business, Citizenship and Immigration, Real Estate Conveyancing, Business Licences and  Retail Establishment, Probate and Family Law, Libel Actions and other Civil Litigation. Currently she is the Senior Partner and Owner of her own Firm Dublin & O’Brien Law Firm.

Mrs. Dublin-Lewis served as the first elected female President of the St. Kitts-Nevis Bar Association from 2004 to 2007 having served previously as the Vice President from 2002 to 2003. She also served as council member of the Bar Association for ten (10) years in various capacities from 2002-2012. In 2012 she was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Courts, as a member of the Disciplinary Committee for the St. Kitts-Nevis Bar Association. 

Mrs.  Dublin-Lewis  is a former member of the Government’s Public Service Commission 2001 to 2015 and has been a member of several Governmental and Non-Governmental Committees and Organizations including, the Constitutional Reform Committee, National Advisory Electoral Reform and Boundaries Committee, Chair of the Property Tax Valuation Review Board, Legal Advisor/Senior Director of ZIZ Broadcasting Corporation, Chair of Protocol and Hospitality Committee  of the St. Kitts Music Festival and Executive Member, Member of National Carnival Queen Pageant Committee and Chairperson of the Hospitality Committee of the Caribbean Festival of Arts (CARIFESTA). Mrs. Dublin-Lewis was a Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Liamuiga and subsequently held positions as Director with responsibility for Membership and Director with Responsibility for Club Constitution.
