Carol Caines

Carol Caines is a Global Finance Business Leader at Microsoft Corporation.  As a professional within Global Treasury and Financial Services (GTFS), Carol enables business readiness and onboarding, and leads the 150+ global employee group’s change management and communications strategy for financial programs and special projects. Carol is also the Atlanta Finance Site Team Co-Lead for the company. 

Prior to becoming a “Softie”, Carol worked for The Coca-Cola Company in various governance functions including Finance, Legal and Operations.  Carol serves as the Partnership Board Officer for the Network of Executive Women – Atlanta Region where she directs Leaders of three committees: College Outreach, Mentoring, and Local/Regional Allies. Carol earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Clark Atlanta University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the State University of New York – College at New Paltz.  Carol is a Bronx, NY native and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
